Q. What if an attendant doesn't arrive until the night before our wedding?
A. The tuxedo can be picked up the day before the wedding by another individual and delivered to the attendant. Please make sure everything is tried on as soon as possible to ensure a proper fit. Pick-up can also be made the day of the wedding if necessary.

Q. When can I pick-up my tuxedo?
A. Tuxedo's can be picked up the day before your wedding anytime after 1 p.m. or if necessary, the day of the special event.

Q. When do I have to return my tuxedo?
A. Tuxedos need to be returned during business hours the day after the wedding. If it is a Saturday ceremony, returns need to be made on Sunday during business hours, if the Randall's store is open. Please check your wedding contract for exact date.

Q. How do I get measurements for my out-of-town attendants?
A. Randall's supplies every couple with out-of-town measurement envelopes that can be used at another qualified tuxedo specialist or use our ON-LINE PRINTABLE FORM. They can be sent back to the Randall's location in which the couple is registered or hand delivered. Please make sure these are done promptly to
ensure reservation of your tuxedos.

Q. When should we have the ringbearer measured for a tuxedo?
A. The ringbearer should be measured with the other members of the wedding party. Alterations and adjustments will be made during the final fitting.

Q. What is the smallest size rental tuxedo you carry?
A. Randall's offers a size 3 rental tuxedo and we have smaller sizes for purchase at each of our stores.
